Pague Menos will come to market between July and August with an IPO that will give investors another choice in the drugstore sector, sources told the Brazil Journal. The base offer will be 100% primary and wants to raise R$1 billion for the company to invest in new stores, at a time when quarantine opens opportunities at strategic points. Born and raised in Fortaleza, Pague Menos has 20.5% market share in the Northeast region of Brazil.
