Alper Consultoria e Corretora de Seguros has closed an agreement to buy Transbroker Corretora de Seguros, the third largest insurance broker in the country in the cargo transportation segment. The acquisition value is R$ 58.05 million, of which R$ 22.8 million will be paid at the closing of the operation, R$ 10.875 million in five equal and consecutive installments between 2021 and 2025 and the remainder will be paid between 2022 and 2025 in annual installments, conditioned to the performance triggers stipulated in the purchase and sale contract
