In an operation that is equivalent to a pre-IPO, the Panvel drugstore chain will make a new stock offering of R$ 700 million to R$ 800 million in the coming weeks and migrate to the New Market listing of B3, the Brazilian Stock Exchange, sources told Brazil Journal. The final terms are still being defined, but the offer will be mostly primary, with the resources financing the company's growth plan.
